{"id":55529,"date":"2022-03-24T15:16:52","date_gmt":"2022-03-24T19:16:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cfnews.com.br\/portal\/?p=55529"},"modified":"2022-03-24T15:16:52","modified_gmt":"2022-03-24T19:16:52","slug":"policia-civil-prende-tio-por-estupro-de-vulneravel-ocorrido-em-sinop","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cfnews.com.br\/portal\/policia-civil-prende-tio-por-estupro-de-vulneravel-ocorrido-em-sinop\/","title":{"rendered":"Pol\u00edcia Civil prende tio por estupro de vulner\u00e1vel ocorrido em Sinop"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"infocoweb_corpo\" class=\"infocoweb_corpo\">\n<p>Um tio investigado pela Pol\u00edcia Civil por estuprar e engravidar a sobrinha menor de idade em Sinop (500 km ao norte de Cuiab\u00e1), foi preso pela Delegacia Especializada de Defesa da Mulher, Crian\u00e7a, Adolescente e Idoso, na manh\u00e3 de quarta-feira (23.03).<\/p>\n<p>O suspeito de 59 anos teve o mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva decretado pela 2\u00aa Vara Criminal da Comarca local, por estupro de vulner\u00e1vel, ap\u00f3s investiga\u00e7\u00e3o da DEDM do munic\u00edpio instaurado para apurar os fatos.<\/p>\n<p>O crime contra a dignidade sexual foi cometido em desfavor da v\u00edtima de 14 anos e sobrinha do investigado, que acabou engravidando do suspeito.<\/p>\n<p>Com a ordem judicial expedida os policiais civis efetuaram a pris\u00e3o do suspeito no bairro Jardim Para\u00edso.
