Essa \u00e9 a segunda vez que o registro de candidatura \u2013 que estava previsto para ser apreciado na sexta-feira (2), \u00e9 adiado.<\/p>\n<p>O objetivo da defesa \u00e9 garantir que Neri possa manter sua candidatura ao Senado mesmo sub j\u00fadice e depois recorrer da decis\u00e3o do TSE para reverter a cassa\u00e7\u00e3o e a inelegibilidade, al\u00e9m de conseguir a libera\u00e7\u00e3o para ter acesso aos recursos oriundo do fundo eleitoral. O parlamentar j\u00e1 recebeu R$ 2,7 milh\u00f5es de seu partido, mas est\u00e1 impedido de usar o dinheiro.<\/p>\n<p>Neri teve o mandato cassado por unanimidade no \u00faltimo dia 23 pelo Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE) por suposto abuso econ\u00f4mico na campanha para a C\u00e2mara Federal em 2018.
